1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with okbit, accessing the okbit platform, or placing any wager on any game, event or market offered through okbit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and okbit. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

okbit reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the okbit platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. okbit reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• 2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the okbit platform in any capacity. okbit operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• 2.2 You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate accounts and accounts held in trust are not permitted.
• 2.3 You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of okbit, nor a close family member of any such person. Employees and their immediate family are ineligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• 2.4 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. False registration information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one and only one okbit account. Responsibility for the security and confidentiality of account login credentials rests entirely with the account holder. okbit will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

• 3.1 You may hold only one account on the okbit platform. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any balances across those accounts being subject to review. okbit reserves the right to retain funds associated with duplicate accounts where fraudulent intent is established.
• 3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify okbit support immediately via the support email address published on this site.
• 3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where okbit's fraud-prevention systems flag a transaction for review. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• 3.4 okbit reserves the right to request updated identity documentation at any stage of the account's life, including but not limited to national ID card, passport, driving licence or a recent utility bill in the account holder's name. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and does not constitute grounds for complaint.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

okbit supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the okbit platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• 4.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by okbit, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily or transactional limits. okbit charges no fee on deposits — any processing fee charged by the payment provider is the sole responsibility of the depositing party.
• 4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. okbit charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required may be longer.
• 4.3 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit to the account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. okbit reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawal requests.
• 4.4 okbit reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. During such a hold, the account may remain active for gameplay while the investigation is conducted.
• 4.5 All deposits must be funded from sources owned by and in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. okbit reserves the right to return funds to source and close an account where third-party deposits are detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okbit offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all okbit bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.

• 5.1 All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified by the promotion.
• 5.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Bonus funds may not be used to fund deposits into other accounts or transferred between okbit accounts.
• 5.3 okbit reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player is in the process of completing a wagering requirement, okbit will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the situation fairly.
• 5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using prohibited software to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to meet rollover conditions artificially — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okbit platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Game results are determined by each provider's own independently audited certified RNG systems. okbit has no influence over individual game outcomes.

• 6.1 Each game is governed by the specific rules published by the game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. okbit is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand or apply game rules correctly.
• 6.2 In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server disconnection, game freezing or display errors — okbit will use best endeavours to resolve the session fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, stakes wagered in that round will ordinarily be returned to the player's account balance. RTP figures published by okbit are based on information supplied by the respective game provider.
• 6.3 Live casino game decisions made by human dealers are final once announced. Where a dispute arises regarding a live game outcome, okbit will review the session recording and the decision of okbit's designated adjudicator shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbit platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• 7.1 Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the okbit platform, place wagers, collect data or gain any advantage not available to other users through normal manual play.
• 7.2 Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or share account access for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements on behalf of another person.
• 7.3 Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other activity that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• 7.4 Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at okbit staff, live dealers, or other users of the platform through any communication channel provided by or associated with okbit.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

okbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where okbit is required to do so by law or by a relevant regulatory instruction. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, okbit may freeze account balances pending investigation and is not obliged to release funds until the investigation is concluded.

A user wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting okbit support via the email address published on this site. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

9. Responsible Gaming

okbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help users manage their gambling activity. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the okbit platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption or cessation of the platform's services. okbit's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbit makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability or accuracy of the content available on the platform for any particular purpose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

okbit reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okbit will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Where a user continues to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment, that continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not accept amended terms should close their account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure set out in Section 8 above.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the okbit platform or these terms, okbit encourages users to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. okbit aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English, with all related correspondence and documentation to be provided in English.
